◆Brief introduction

It is our new developed products  with water purifying capacity: 10／30／50／100／200　cubic meter per hour , other special demand, we can design for it .

This water purifier integrates crafts of flocculation, sedimentation, sewage, recoil or backwash, catchment filter without operation by hand which is the most important unit of waterworks automation, this machine together with our matching auto dosing and disinfection equipment can be a full set of water purifying station.

The purifier has a wide applicant with excellent clean water output, small footprint and electricity consumption to replace auxiliary pumps and other necessary facility to greatly reduce the cost

◆Applicant range:

1. As main water purifying unit of waterworks from village, countryside, town, county, city and industrial and mining enterprise based on river, lake, water reservoir with the water turbidity lover than F3000mg/L.

◆Outstanding Characteristics

1. Except managing main pump station house and auto dosing system, others all can be handled by this water purifying device , the operator only need  supervise the water quality regularly .

2. High density flocculation layer can make impurities in raw water impacting fully with high absorption ratio to fit for a variety of water temperature and turbidity, thus to improve the impurity grains removal rate and it has also algae removal function under some condition.

3. Fast sludge thickener house and adjustable auto sludge discharge system  can make sludge easily and fast removal timely to safeguard stable impurities grain removal ratio.

4. High efficient flocculation and sedimentation make settled water in good quality.  5. New and unique created catchment system with lower and small DN nozzle to make water distribution more average to improve the volume utilization factor and greatly save electricity.

6. Automatic purifying system not only safeguards its high filtration (when raw water turbidity  lower than F3000mg/L, the turbidity after filtering can hold on  below 3mg/L) but also carries on auto backwashing ( no need special added  backwash water pump or compactor likewise ) to save large investment and other daily running , maintenance charges.

7. Lower than 5% auto water consumption rate to save water resource.

8. Small footprint with around 4.1m Height to save 50% compared to other water purification system , it can be mounted both indoor and outdoor.

9. Facilitate for expanded construction, reconstruction, recycle use , and movable applicant .

◆Installation and maintenance

1. It is a whole unit which can be directly used after connecting inlet and outlet tube

2. The inlet tube must configured one volume gauge.

3．The power supply is: 380V, 3 phases, auto control, if different, please specify when ordering

4. The unit normally doesn’t need maintenance, just check filter media each year, If thickness is not enough, can use DN 0.5-1.2mm Quartz sand to reach needed height.
