Introduction

 

The 3-D imaging ultrasonic pile integrity tester is competent to finish multi cross sections two dimension detection in only one elevation, synchronously finish cross-hole equal-high and bilateral unequal-high cross, and do cross-section tomography analysis(CT), real time display multi test cross section sound parameters two dimensional chromatogram and the whole pile quality( compactness  and defects) 3-D equal-high imaging, graphical display whole pile compactness distribution, determine the pile leakiness defect scope, direct in test results, lower the anaphase analysis difficulty, highly improved the test accuracy, test efficiency. This model is an advanced engineering testing equipments which integrates automation, intelligentize, imagination.

Connect two or more radial transducer in each radial transducer cable end to make single hole double( more) transducer assembly. In sync lifting process, fixed interval as a test point, every test point sync do 3 lines test in each section( horizontal  and cross test), three sonic test tubular pile finish 3 test section 9lines test in a elevation test point. Obtain the two dimensional section sound velocity matrix by cross-hole tomography(ct), draw the test section sound velocity chromatogram. The blue part is normal, the more means better; the red part means abnormal, the more means worse. Finally make the pile equal sonic velocity plane 3-d stereo imaging as per the 2-d section sound velocity matrix, thus to determine the pile compactness and defects distribution condition. The 3-d tomography technology advantages shows its priority more adequately when testing large diameter piles.
